Who We Are

ATS is an engineering and risk management consulting firm that provides technical services to the United States Department of Defense and large investor-owned utilities (IOUs). ATS’s core competencies include risk analysis, operations research, advanced data analytics, systems engineering, and program management. ATS staff members are world-class experts in the fields of engineering risk analysis and data science. Principals on the ATS team possess Ph.D.s and PMP certifications, have multiple peer-reviewed journal articles in engineering risk analysis and data science, and have over 15 years of experience.

ATS is a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) by the Supplier Clearinghouse. In addition, ATS is a corporation in good standing with the California Secretary of State and is licensed to operate with the City of Palo Alto.
