Our Founder
Aerospace Technical Services was founded by Richard Kim in June 2015 as a Limited Liability Corporation (LLC).

Richard has had extensive experience in digital signal processing, optics, algorithm development, acquisitions, space systems engineering, and engineering management for the U.S. Navy, Air Force, and Intelligence Community.
